The Ascot

This Kimberley Homes classic design has been extremely popular among our customers for over 12 years. With only minor changes made to this design since its creation, over a decade later, The Ascot continues its legacy as it recently was a runner up for the 2007 and 2008 SAM Awards for Best Model 2451-2700 Sqft. As one of the first bonus room concept plans in existence, this home combines a somewhat traditional floor plan with modern touches to create a home that is both functional and practical. The Ascot can be built as a three or four bedroom and is easily customizable to suit the needs of any family.
